Scan, one dimensioned layout, one revision, tour link. Add-ons: stake-out and marking $150/hr (2-hr minimum), extra layout $250, printed boards $75, rush +25%.
Venue, Hotel & Restaurant Tours
$900 up to 5,000 sq ft, +$0.10/sq ft above
Live 90 days, then archived; reactivation $50.
As-built Scans for Remodelers & GCs
$400 per floor
Dimensioned floor plan (PDF and DXF) plus tour; point cloud on request +$100.
